Olympic Weightlifting Classes

Team Fitness Factory is now offering group classes focused on helping clients develop their skills in Olympic-style weightlifting. Whether you are a new lifter, an athlete looking for alternative training, or someone looking to improve overall fitness, this class is just for you. The class will focus on the following:

  • Technical proficiency – focuses on proper development of Olympic-style weightlifting technique.
  • Long-term program design – develop a long-term training program that is uniquely tailored to address your individual needs and long-term goals
  • Pre-performance routines – create a psychological approach and awareness to your lifting style that translates to improving your lifting proficiency
  • The class size is capped at 5 participants. This will allow Ben to more effectively coach everyone

Group Rates: $100 per month (1 group class per week, this comes out to $25 per class)

Tuesday – 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Thursday – 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM

Friday – 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday – 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
