Eileen Jones

Eileen is NASM certified and CrossFit level one certified She trained under Pat Etcheberry out of Saddlebrook in Tampa, FL. Eileen has competed and placed in powerlifting as well as strongman events. She loves to stay active and when she is not in the gym, she is out enjoying tennis or cycling. Before opening her own business, Eileen coached youth basketball for six years. Her passion to teach kids has always been high on her list. Eileen has been a personal trainer for the past ten years and inspires people everyday. She has worked with James Anderson (#50 on the Panthers) and hopes to work more with athletes of all ages.

Michael Masi

Michael graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University in 2014 as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He was recruited to Charlotte to become Carolinas Rehabilitation’s Orthopedic Resident for 2015. He heavily integrates manual therapy into his practice including joint and soft tissue mobilization, manipulation, and dry needling; with focuses on obtaining strength, stability, and mobility. During his tenure as a student and resident he sought out extra-curricular certifications in the fields of strength and conditioning, as well as sports nutrition, through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) respectively. In addition to being a physical therapist, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is certified within the field of Sports Nutrition (CISSN).

In 2015, Michael became credentialed as an Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) within the field of Physical therapy, and is on track to become a Certified Sports Specialist (SCS) in 2016. Previously, he was the rehabilitation specialist and sports medicine consultant with Renaissance Periodization and continues to provide these consultations via tele-health with the goal to access populations that otherwise would not, or could not, obtain therapy. He has competed in the Orlando Europa Powerlifting Classic in 2013, NPC Diamond Body Building Competition in April 2014, and placed first at the APF Southern States Championship in October 2014. Michael continues to train and compete in the sport of bodybuilding and powerlifting as he expands on his expertise within the realm of rehabilitation and wellness.
